An absolute gem of a hotel with a gorgeous lobby, a luxurious feel, an amazing staff that are extremely respectful and go above and beyond, pristine, clean rooms, out of this world facilities, including 20 metre lap, pool for swimmers, a gym, an outstanding breakfast with an array of different choices… What more can I say? The hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room on the top floor. My view was amazing. Miss Sandra, the manager was just fantastic. She made sure that I had everything I needed. Silvanna .at the reception was absolutely amazing as well. All the staff spoke fluent English The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable, they had room darkening curtains, the Internet was excellent, the shower had piping hot water with great pressure… I can’t wait to go bac

The hotel is nicely located, staff is helpful and very efficient. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever in terms of variety and quality. I especially loved the amazing fruit selection, but there is also a gluten free option. The room are well sound proof, the bed is comfortable and the room are spacious.

The hotel was amazing, the pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi, the temperature of the wet areas was extremely good, the bedroom is large with a great desk in case you need to work (not just the desk, the chair too) the bed is comfy, the room is quiet the bathroom is great. We had a great and tasty dinner, then we moved into the bar for some cocktails, the waiter in the dinner room and the barman were incredibly friendly and helpful, the cocktails were great (loved the old-fashioned) the mood and bar were cozy and the music wasn't that loud. The breakfast on Sundays its amazing, a lot of options, and the food is delicious, there is a DJ outside but it's pretty darn cold to be there, the wind blows string. But definitely one of the best buffet breakfasts I've had in a while.

I had never stayed at NH Collection but I was very happy to stay there. The location was perfect, the restaurant was amazing, the food selection they had was great, and Victor in the restaurant was always a pleasure to see everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful, tried the spa and even though it wasn’t very fancy the services they offered were great. I love the location and after staying in this trip in 3 different hotels, this one will be the one I will go back over and over again. For this area of Bogota it was up there with the great service of JW Marriott.

Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, the hotel is nicely located in very safe neighborhood and close to most amenities you will need.

Breakfast was varied and plentiful. On Sunday they have a special brunch with even more food variety and music. Front desk employees were helpful when needed. Room was nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, start to finish. Amazingly friendly and professional staff, incredible tasty and diverse breakfasts and suppers, nice room, well furnished, very convenient for my work purposes, everything in the hotel was perfectly clean, wifi worked very well, they checked me in even though I arrived early - I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient safe location. A bit far from the action of the old town, but was very safe in the area which was a priority. They organised taxis and transfers no worries. Great breakfast.
